Tavistock Consultancy Skills

This programme is designed for participants seeking to learn and practice the internationally recognized Tavistock Consultancy Skills approach to organizational change. Our work is underpinned by psychoanalytic and systemic approaches to understanding organisations: but what does this mean for a practicing consultant? How does a consultant use counter-transference to make sense of organizational processes? How can a consultant help leaders take up their role with potency but without being authoritarian? How can a consultant make a ‘disruptive intervention’ in order to stimulate new and creative thinking in the team? Come and find out on this engaging programme which will leave you personally more insightful and provide you with theory, skills, an opportunity to practice, and supervision for those wishing to undertake a consultancy project which is recommended as part of the programme.
