The aim of this programme is to help individuals to deepen their understanding of group processes and to develop skills for leading and consulting to groups and teams. By the end of this programme, participants will have a greater understanding of group and inter-group processes, be able to act effectively as a group leader and be able to keep group activity ‘on task’.

The aim of this workshop is to offer the opportunity for participants to practice and develop skills in leading and consulting to organisational change. By the end of the programme, participants will have a better understanding of the impact of change on individuals, teams and organisations, be able to identify and work with resistance to change and effectively facilitate change.

advanced process consultancy

This programme is for people who have completed the above three development programmes and wish to apply for the tavistock certificate in advanced process consultancy. The aim of the programme is to enable participants to practice and further advance their skills and understanding of process consultancy and human relationships. By the end of the programme participants will have significant experience in observing and working with the dimensions of organisational life that are usually hidden below the surface, experience of taking up a process consultancy role in an organisation and practice of group interventions.

Completion of all four programmes can lead to the Tavistock Certificate in Advanced Process Consultancy. Assessment is by written reports arising from the programmes.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
Payment for all programmes must be received before the start of each programme or within 30 days of invoice date, whichever is sooner. For international bookings, payment must accompany the booking.

Cancellation Policy for Discount Bookings

Discounted Bookings are offered for specific programmes on specific dates and are non refundable once the booking is confirmed. The whole of the discounted fee for all the discounted programmes must be paid in advance before attending the first programme (this excludes accommodation fees). If you wish to cancel your place on a programme you may transfer your discounted place once only to the next occasion the programme is scheduled. All cancellations and requests to transfer must be made in writing.

TCS reserves the right to cancel a programme at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or a refund without any liability for consequential or indirect loss.

Cancellation policy for Non discounted bookings

A fee is charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled. Confirmed places can be transferred once only to the next occasion the programme is scheduled. In the event of cancelling a booking, you may nominate a substitute. If you are unable to do this, then the following charges apply:

  • More than four weeks notice no charge.
  • Less than four weeks notice 50% payable
  • Less than two weeks notice 100% payable
