The Tavistock Consultancy Service process approach to consultancy and leadership is based on two key ideas:
- Working below the surface which involves working with the hidden dimensions of organisational life
- Whole Systems Thinking which involves helping people to see the links between the different layers of the system
The way in which we work ensures that clients are helped to find their own solutions to organisational issues.
Our Approach to Learning
We provide a highly interactive and intensive learning experience that leads to in-depth and lasting development. Programme staff are drawn from the tavistock consultancy services team.
