'The coaching experience has had an enormous impact on my effectiveness as a leader and on my professional life in general, enabling me to make my organisation more successful and to develop my staff further in their roles. As well as learning more about myself in my leadership role, and becoming more personally effective, I was introduced to new ways of working and research in the field of organisational effectiveness.
